Manage information technology and computer systems
Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
Control the computer systems budgets and expenditure.
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
Install, Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems.
Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
Train staff about new and potential uses of existing technology.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources.
Establish and monitor security of all technology.
Perform other related duties as required during and outside working hours.
Job Qualifications
Graduate degree in Computer Hardware or Software Engineering
3-5years' experience as ICT manager
Computer troubleshooting ability
Analytical and problem solving skills
Decision making skills
Effective verbal, presentation and communication skills
Stress management skills
Time management
